By accessing the Geenyo Design boutique or purchasing our garments and luxury perfumes, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Product Descriptions & Photography

We strive to display garment colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight color variations may occur depending on individual monitor calibrations and textile batch dyeing.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless specified otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing errors before order dispatch. Orders confirmed via WhatsApp concierge require advance confirmation before shipment.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, graphics, trademarks, logos, and editorial content displayed on Geenyo Design are the exclusive intellectual property of Geenyo Design and protected by international copyright laws.

5. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
